As a more affordable and educational alternative to traditional Halloween costumes, our Early LIFE program issued a creative challenge to “Dress Like a Book Character.” We gave parents a flyer with quick and easy ideas. Borrowing books from our classroom or the library, parents dressed up their four-year-olds. Teachers participated too! A good time was had by all. Photo credit: Marybel Ortiz
