As to why he joined the board of Lutheran Social Services of New York, Daryl says, “Having worked with LSSNY’s CEO, Dr. Damyn Kelly, at a previous nonprofit, I was interested in working with him again.  I saw the work of LSSNY and was excited to serve on the board of a faith-based organization that has a proven track record of helping those in underserved communities. My hope is that by serving on the board, I can have a direct impact on the direction and vision of the organization and contribute my skills towards helping to improve or support its mission.”
